  My journey to creating AuthenNick and AuthenNick Adventures started from a very personal place. After going through recovery, I realized how powerful it is to know you’re not alone—that there are people who understand, support, and walk beside you through life’s highs and lows. Sharing my story on YouTube gave me the courage to be open, and it connected me with others who needed that same reminder of hope.

That’s what inspired me to build this brand. For me, it’s about meeting like-minded people, building real connections, and creating a community that shares experiences together. Whether it’s through adventures, conversations, or simply showing up for one another, the ultimate goal is to connect, make lifelong friends, and help others along the way.

With over 25 years of experience as a commercial broker and developer, Mike has built a successful career as an entrepreneur and business owner. But one of his most meaningful journeys has been coming out later in life—at the age of 54—and discovering the power of authentic connection. Being part of AuthenNick Adventures allows him to combine his professional drive with his personal mission: helping others feel included, supported, and celebrated. For Mike, building friendships and community through shared experiences has been one of the most gratifying chapters of his life, and he’s committed to helping others—especially those who may feel alone—find the same sense of belonging.
 

I’m Phil — I’ve always believed that travel is more than just a destination — it’s about the stories we create, the people we meet, and the freedom to live authentically.  I’ve lived and traveled through more than 45 countries and cities,each one teaching me something new about culture, connection, and courage. Adventures, a place where travelers can embrace adventure, wellness, and fun without fear of being anything less than themselves.  What I love most is blending the logistics of operations with the thrill of real experiences — making sure every trip runs smoothly while keeping the excitement and spontaneity alive.  I’ve always loved planning experiences that bring people together, so teaming up with my best friends to launch AuthenNick Adventures feels like the adventure of a lifetime! Our very first journey—a whirlwind Mediterranean cruise with stops in Madrid, Barcelona, Nice, Rome, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Santorini, and Athens—was the perfect kickoff to what we hope will be many more incredible trips.

For me, the joy is in the details: building programs that spark connection, finding fun ways to explore new cultures, and creating memories we’ll be talking about for years. I’m beyond excited for the adventures ahead and for the chance to share them with new friends we meet along the way.
